For Veterinary Professionals
Our goal is to promote the quality of life of our patients by offering therapies that complement more traditional western veterinary medical practices. We believe in an integrative approach to veterinary medicine and that acupuncture, herbal medicine, and laser therapy work best when used alongside more traditional western medical diagnostics and treatments. These therapies do not replace traditional veterinary medicine; they help expand the repertoire of therapeutic options that you are able to offer to your clients. Additionally, your diagnostic and treatment expertise helps with a TCVM diagnosis, helps identify problem areas, and makes complementary therapies more likely to be effective.
Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and laser therapy are additional tools that you can offer, especially when traditional western medicine has reached its limits. These therapies can offer pain relief and quality of life to patients with chronic diseases like arthritis, intervertebral disk disease, inoperable neurological deficits, inflammatory bowel disease, and chronic renal failure and can also be used in situations where traditional therapies have undesirable side effects.
At Tranquil Paws Veterinary, we seek to partner with traditional veterinarians to help bring patients the best of both the east and the west.
We would love to discuss opportunities to work with your hospital to bring acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and laser therapy to your clients.
We would also love to schedule a continuing education meeting for you and your staff. At the meeting, we will go over indications, effects, case selection, and answer any questions you may have.
We welcome you to explore our website and learn more about our practice as well as the indications, benefits, and uses of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and laser therapy.
